NEW PROGRAM consisting of constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity and incorporating elements from several sports and types of exercises. These movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing, kettlebell training, Olympic weightlifting, calisthenics and interval training. Classes are an hour in length and are conducted every Monday through Friday at 5am, 4pm, 5pm & 6pm consecutively. Participation consists of advanced monthly payments ONLY - we do not accept drop-in's. You do not need to be a Revamp Fitness member to participate in this highly successful program.
